FIRST FOOT APPOINTMENT
Service Description
Your first appointment will include a comprehensive consultation. A medical history will be taken, along with observations to enable us to understand your individual needs and decide the treatment that is most suitable for you. Advice on care and treatment of skin and nails will be covered. This includes problems like suspected Fungal nail infections, Athlete's Foot, Verrucae, Diabetic foot checks. Depending on the outcome of your assessment your treatment may involve nail cutting & filing, callus & corn removal, thickened nails reduced, conservative treatment of ingrowing toenails. Alternatively, you may require exercises, cryotherapy, specific advice or a GP referral. Depending on your needs a follow up appointment may be required to complete your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policy. 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations & rescheduling requires more than 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notice with less than 48 hour’s notice will incur a charge of 100% fee of the service booked. No further appointments will be able to be made until your balance is cleared. 2. Deposit: For some services you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. 3. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged the full value of the treatment cost that they had booked for. No further appointments will be able to be made until your balance is cleared. 4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, if possible we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that this may not be possible or your service may be shortened to avoid delays to other clients. Clients who show up for late to their appointment will be charged the full value of the treatment cost that they had booked for. No further appointments will be able to be made until your balance is cleared. 5. Changes to treatments booked. If you wish to make changes to the treatments you have booked we require more than 48 hours' notice. Notice with less than 48 hour’s notice will incur a charge of 100% fee of the service originally booked. No further appointments will be able to be made until your balance is cleared. Changes on the day will incur the charge of the treatment originally booked. 6. Please Note: It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid Late Cancellation fee & No-Show fee.
