This service is ideal for clients who receive regular routine foot care.

Painful corns often appear over bony prominences, on the soles of feet and in between the toes.
Our ''Express Corn Removal'' will include, removal of corns and replacement of padding, if required.

The Sports Pedicure focuses on a combination of foot health and aesthetics.
Your nails will be trimmed, shaped, buffed, cuticle work undertaken, corns and callus removed, thickened nails thinned. This is followed by an application of ground tea tree leaf and pumice foot scrub, a hydrating foot cleanse and includes having your nails finished with a natural shine.
Local Cryotherapy is then applied to both feet, ankles and lower legs. A massage with luxury foot oil completes the treatment.

Fungal nail infection is a condition where a fungus infiltrates the nail plate and bed. Nail fungus can also affect several nails. Fungal nails may be • Thickened • Discoloured • Crumbly • Brittle • Ragged • Misshapen • Separating from the nail bed. During your appointment in the clinic, a sample of your nail will be taken and tested. The tested nail sample results will be available within 10 minutes, with a 97% accuracy rate. Having immediate results/diagnosis allows you to have advise and a treatment plan to treat the infection without delay.
LASER/LIGHT FUNGAL NAIL TREATMENT
Fungal nails can present themselves as being discoloured, yellow or brown and nails can be crumbly, unhealthy, and unsightly looking. Fungal nails are sometimes associated with an odour from the contaminated nail(s). The sufferer is often embarrassed and unwilling to wear open footwear as a result.
It's important to know that the fungal condition will not disappear without treatment!
The affected nail(s) contain a fungal spore that becomes embedded in the layers of the nail and nail bed, which means that they're challenging to treat and cure. These fungal spores are highly contagious and can spread to other healthy nails and skin if not treated quickly. It can lead to athlete’s foot or fungal skin conditions in other areas of the body.
The Laser/Light nail treatment will initially be a course of 3 treatments within 1 month and depending on the severity of the fungal nail infection will require further treatments but this will be discussed with you at your initial appointment.
Toenails grow on average 15mm a month. As a result, it takes at least three months for the treatment to be visibly noticeable, and 12 to 18 months for the nail to fully grow out.

TREATMENT
Fungal nail infection is a condition where a fungus infiltrates the nail plate and nail bed. Nail fungus can also affect several nails.
The human nail is waterproof so that it can protect your nail bed. The fungus resides underneath the toenail in the nail bed, so that’s where the treatment needs to be applied.
What is the Lacuna Method®?
The Lacuna Method™ is a treatment for fungal nails that involves drilling micro-holes painlessly into the damaged nails.
Creating micro holes in the nail plate allows the liquid treatment to penetrate down to the nail bed, and start destroying the infection at the root.
You can then continue to apply the anti-fungal medication at home, allowing the nail to grow out healthy.
A review appointment should be booked for 4- 6 weeks, where further micro holes will be drilled if necessary and treatment applied. This is repeated until the infection is cleared.
Toenail reconstruction for cosmetic appearance is available as an optional extra.

INGROWN TONAIL
SLANT-BACK PROCEDURE
There are different forms of treatment depending on the severity of an ingrown toenail.
Your options include, but are not limited to a Slant - Back Procedure.
It involves trimming back the portion of the offending nail that has grown into the nail fold, causing the irritation.
Removing this triangular piece of nail is just enough to reduce the pressure against the nail fold. This in turn relieves the pain.
This procedure is known as a "Slant - Back Procedure".
It is a good option for a nail that has recently become ingrown and if the client has not had a previous history of ingrown toenails.
This procedure is easily accomplished if the nail is not at the point where it has infected the nail fold.
This procedure is done without the use of injection/aesthetic.
